Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

WE WILL ONLY REPLACE ORDERS THAT ARE INACCURATE THAT WERE NOT MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATION AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED.

Due to all orders being handmade, no returns, or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong goods or product, please send a picture of the goods or product. to info@charmeandmore.com and the correct item will be sent within 7 business days.

Additionally, we do not give refunds for orders canceled due to impatience or incorrect orders attributed to customer error. Please double check to make sure your order is correct before submitting payment! Please make sure you select the correct scent, size and design prior to completing your order.

Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to info@charmeandmore.com. Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages. Replacement is sent out on Fridays of every week.

Lost/Stolen Package:

Charme And More is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package or it is stolen, please contact the company delivering your package to file a lost/stolen package claim.

All packages shipped to countries outside Canada will require signatures to ensure successful delivery.
